ASTROLOGY – TAROT – REIKI
Deeper Guidance Tarot & Healing Session
Many of the people who come to me describe themselves as highly sensitive, intuitive, or deeply perceptive. They often feel things strongly, sense what is happening beneath the surface, and notice patterns that others miss. Yet many struggle to trust what they know, understand what they are sensing, or find a clear way forward.
My work is centered around helping people understand themselves more deeply.
In these sessions, I draw on over twenty years of experience with astrology, tarot, Reiki, intuitive work, and a background in psychology. Together, these tools help illuminate the patterns, strengths, challenges, and opportunities that are present in your life.
Tarot is one of the methods I use. For me, tarot is not about predicting the future, but about reflecting the deeper themes and archetypes shaping our experience. The cards often reveal what is already seeking our attention, helping us see ourselves and our circumstances with greater clarity and understanding.
Each session is unique and shaped by your questions, your life situation, and what feels most relevant in the moment.
The final part of the session is dedicated to Reiki healing. Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive healing practice that supports rest, integration, and reconnection with your own inner resources.
My intention is not to tell you who you are, but to help you hear yourself more clearly.
Over the years I have found that most people already carry the answers they are looking for. Sometimes they simply need a safe and grounded space to recognize them.
Reiki Healing
Many of the people who come to me describe themselves as highly sensitive. They feel deeply, take in a great deal from their surroundings, and have often spent much of their lives adapting to the expectations of others rather than listening to themselves.
Reiki offers a space to do the opposite.
A space to rest, reconnect with your body, and listen to what lies beneath the noise and demands of everyday life.
For me, Reiki is not primarily about healing. It is about the relationship we have with ourselves.
Over the years, I have found that when people are given the opportunity to meet themselves with greater presence, warmth, and acceptance, something begins to shift. We become softer. We develop more trust in life. We begin to hear our own voice more clearly.
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive healing practice that supports the body's natural capacity for balance and restoration. Many people experience a sense of calm, warmth, lightness, or deep relaxation during a session.
My own journey with Reiki began after a neck injury as a teenager. At the time, I was competing on the Norwegian national swimming team and living under significant pressure. I struggled with sleep, stress, and a growing sense of disconnection from myself.
When conventional approaches failed to provide the answers I was looking for, my mother introduced me to Reiki through Eva Odrejka and Michael Newland.
What left the deepest impression on me was not the treatment itself, but the people. The warmth, presence, and kindness they embodied showed me a way of being in the world that I had not experienced before.
It was not a quick fix, and the journey back to myself has continued throughout my life. But meeting Reiki marked the beginning of a deeper understanding of who I was and how I could meet myself with greater compassion and care.
I completed my first Reiki training in 2003, and Reiki has been part of my daily life ever since. It remains both a personal practice and an important part of my work with others.
Today, I combine Reiki with more than twenty years of experience in astrology, intuitive work, and a background in psychology to create a safe and grounded space for rest, insight, and healing.
My intention is not to fix you.
My intention is to help you reconnect with yourself.
